Who We’ve Partnered With
We partnered with Noosa Council to design and implement their extensive community engagement to create a community-led Destination Management Plan (DMP). We helped collect data with over 1,200 participants, generating over 6 books worth of data. We then conducted in-depth qualitative analysis using NVivo 14 to identify key trends and insights that will inform their DMP.
We partnered with managers in the Parque Nacional Submarino La Caleta, Dominican Republic to understand why a community-based tourism project did not deliver on its promised outcomes. We designed interviews and conducted 28 interviews with key stakeholders, then did in-depth thematic analysis, creating a systems map of the park that identified feedback loops and leverage points for interventions.
We partnered with Reef Check Dominican Republic to conduct coral reef health assessments across the Dominican Republic. Our founder is certified as a Divemaster, Scientific Diver, Reef Health Surveyor, and EcoDiver in Reef Check Dominican Republic’s and Reef Check Australia’s protocol. We also supported Reef Check Dominican Republic in creating the visual identity of La Caleta Underwater Marine Park.
